These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases made from Finnish Sauna Shop Oy (business ID: 3516783-9), operating under the brand sauna/ing (“we”, “our”, or “us”), via our online store at www.sauna-ing.com.
By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
Products and Prices
We sell sauna/ing products to both private consumers (B2C) and business customers (B2B).
All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to update our product selection, adjust prices, or correct errors at any time.
Orders and Contract Formation
Orders are placed through our online store.
After completing your purchase, you will receive an automated email confirming receipt of your order.
A binding sales contract is formed only when we send a separate order confirmation email.
If an item is unavailable or we cannot accept your order for another reason, we reserve the right to decline the order.
The contract language is English.
The contract text is not stored by us in a way that allows direct access after the order is completed; however, you will receive all relevant order details by email.
Payment
Available payment methods may include credit and debit cards, PayPal, or other providers shown at checkout, depending on your delivery country.
We may update payment providers at our discretion.
All payments are processed securely through trusted payment service providers.
Shipping and Delivery
We deliver to all EU countries.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
Delivery times depend on the destination and logistics partner.
For items in stock, the typical delivery time within the EU is approximately 3–7 business days.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided by the carrier.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns
If you are a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal.

Certain products may be excluded from return rights in accordance with applicable law, for example opened hygiene products or custom-made goods.
Warranty and Liability
Consumers are entitled to the statutory warranty rights under applicable EU consumer protection law.
For business customers, liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods, except in cases of intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health, or where mandatory legal provisions apply.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages such as lost profits or business interruption, unless required by mandatory law.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website.
Reviews and User Content
You may submit reviews or feedback regarding our products or services.
We reserve the right to moderate or remove unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate content.
By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use, publish, and display such content in our marketing and communications, online and offline.
Intellectual Property

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Finnish law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
Consumers may bring legal proceedings in the courts of their country of residence or in Finland, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

We may update these Terms from time to time.
