Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or modify your purchase option (such as a subscription or pre-order) at any time before your next billing or shipment date.

To cancel or update your order, please contact us at hello@sauna-ing.com or log in to your customer account and manage your subscription settings.

Cancellations made before the next scheduled billing date will not be charged. If an order has already been processed or shipped, our standard Return & Refund Policy applies.
