Shipping policy

At Finnish Sauna Shop Oy / sauna/ing, we aim to ensure that every order is processed efficiently and delivered safely. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle order processing, delivery times, carriers, and related terms.


1. Order Confirmation

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email that includes:

  • Order number

  • List of purchased items and product codes

  • Individual and total prices

  • Shipping method and delivery address

The confirmation email serves as proof of purchase and includes all essential details of your order. Please save it for your records. A printed confirmation will also be enclosed with your shipment. If you contact our Customer Service, please have your order number ready for reference.


2. Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During busy seasons or promotional campaigns, processing times may be slightly longer, but we always do our best to ship as quickly as possible.


3. Delivery Areas and Times

We currently deliver to all EU countries.
Delivery times depend on the destination and carrier but typically range from 3–7 business days within the EU.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination. All costs are clearly displayed before payment confirmation.

Free shipping may apply to orders exceeding a certain value, as stated during checkout or on our campaign pages.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your delivery via the carrier’s website.

If your tracking link does not activate immediately, please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to register the shipment.


6. Failed Deliveries and Unclaimed Parcels

Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete when placing an order.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or because the parcel was not collected, we may charge the customer for the actual costs incurred for return shipping, handling, and any re-shipment, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.

No additional penalty fees will be charged beyond the actual costs incurred.
For particularly heavy or bulky shipments, the return costs may be higher and will be charged accordingly.


7. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)

  • PayPal

  • Other payment options may be added in the future.

All payments are processed securely through trusted service providers.
